About BLOC
BLOC is a member-led community for Black professionals in the legal industry. We are in-house counsel and law firm teams, service providers, technology vendors, recruiters and educators — one network across the whole legal ecosystem, and one place where we don't have to be the only one in the room.
Founded in May 2022, we've grown to 550+ members around the world. We gather online and in person — for candid conversations about careers, shared knowledge, and what it takes to grow in this industry.
The community is intentionally built for people who look like us. Every request to join our LinkedIn group is carefully considered — membership is by request, and each one is reviewed by our admins.
